The Enduro SE-087-149-31TBP-V is a double lip oil seal with a TBP-V lip design containing a stainless steel spring. The Enduro SE-087-149-31TBP-V is made of DuPont™ Viton® which is a fluoroelastomer proven to provide resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures.

Oil seals are designed to keep lubrication fluids in while preventing debris and water from entering the rotating shaft.
