We understand that the ability or inability to readily acquire a part can notably impact your business. The time involved in searching for and obtaining a part affects your profit margin. When a job is on hold and you are striving to meet a deadline, getting the parts you need within a reasonable interval is critical.

It is our goal is to help you find what you need and to ensure that through the use of our service you experience as little disruption to your work schedule as possible.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Every effort is made to keep parts in stock that are frequently used so they are readily available when you need them.
IF YOU CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU NEED IN OUR CURRENT CATALOG, WE WILL GET IT FOR YOU ~ WE WILL EVEN
ADD IT TO OUR INVENTORY IF WE DETERMINE THAT YOU WILL FREQUENTLY BE ORDERING THE PART
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS TO SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders must be paid for in full before we start the procurement process. If you need to make changes, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has been finalized, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. After an item has shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.
IF YOU CAN’T FIND A SPECIFIC PART, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER HAVING IT MANUFACTURED
CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PARTS
We work with several reliable manufacturers that have a proven history of producing parts that meet or exceed industry standards. If you would like to have a part custom made, send us a copy of your drawings and we will gladly assist you with the process.
We will verify specifications with you, quote an estimated price for your custom order, provide you with an approximate completion date, and obtain your official approval before we take any action on your request.
When your order is finished, we will inspect it to verify that the work was completed to your specifications and ship it out to you. We usually perform the inspection and ship the product within 24-48 hours after we receive it.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS TO CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Manufactured Parts must be paid for in full at the time you officially approve the order.
PLEASE NOTE: ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN FINALIZED,
IT CANNOT BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS
If you need to make changes, please do so promptly because once an order is in production it cannot be modified.

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for custom orders will vary:
Special Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days. We will notify you if circumstances dictate additional handling time.
The completion of Custom Manufactured Parts is dependent on the complexity of the job and the vendor’s production schedule. You will be given a delivery estimate at the time you finalize your order.
PRICING
Our prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Price quotes for Special and Custom Orders are estimates only.
Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not have control over every aspect of the process. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances will affect the final price of your order.
AAXIS DISTRIBUTORS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE PRICING AND COMPLETION DATES FOR CUSTOM PARTS
Occasionally errors and unintentional omissions occur which will be corrected in a timely manner upon the discovery of such oversights. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to place purchase restrictions or limits or to pass on any additional charges when applicable.
