The Enduro 52400 inner race cone joins with the Enduro 52618 outer race cup (sold separately) to form a single tapered roller bearing, suitable for applications that support both radial and axial loads. Made of high-alloy steel, the single cone is durable, heat tolerant, and resistant to contortion under heavy loads. The rollers are prevented from coming into contact with each other during use because of the stamped steel cage. This reduces friction, vibration, and noise. Because the tapered bearing unit is separable, the single cone assembly allows for lubrication and accurate adjustments.
