FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
Purchases are processed in the order they are received. When you place an order, it is verified. Once payment has been approved, your merchandise will be shipped out as soon as possible – usually within 24 to 48 hours.

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
When checking out, our website gets real-time shipping quotes from USPS.com so we can appropriately account for shipping costs.
- We only ship orders within the United States
- All orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Waynesboro, PA
- You are automatically notified by email at the time your order is shipped
THIRD PARTY CARRIERS
Orders are shipped USPS unless we determine that an alternate carrier would be more appropriate. Typically, if we are dealing with a large product we may use a different carrier.
We use the services of the following Carriers:
- USPS – United States Postal Service
- UPS – United Parcel Service
- FedEx – Ground
All delivery dates are estimates only. While we will do our best to see that you receive your order in a timely manner, it is not possible to guarantee a delivery date.
- Orders placed on a Friday, or immediately prior to a Holiday will be processed on the next regular business day
- Shipments are sent out Monday through Friday during business hours only
- Estimates for Processing and Shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays
- Delays in shipping may occur due to weather and others factors beyond our control
Shipping Times may vary … Estimates are for the time it takes for your purchase to arrive at its destination from the day it is shipped from our Distribution Center, not from the day your order is submitted.
RATES & OTHER CHARGES
Shipping rates are determined by the estimated package size and weight of the item and based on the published shipping guidelines of your ‘Carrier of Choice’.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ANY ORDER OF $300 OR MORE
- All orders shipped F.O.B from Waynesboro, PA unless the order exceeds $300
- Shipping Costs are influenced by the level of service you select
- We normally do not charge a handling fee
- You are responsible for any surcharges that may be imposed by your carrier
- Orders are subject to all applicable taxes which will be calculated during check out
You may choose to have your order shipped directly to your business or to a Post Office box.
- For delivery to a Post Office box, you have the option of choosing the USPS as your carrier.
You may choose to have your order shipped to an address that is different from your billing address.
- At check out, enter a different zip code or an alternate shipping address
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
In order to receive tracking information and details, including when and where your package was last scanned, you must obtain an Order Tracking Number (OT#)

SHORT OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT
ALL DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT
If a package is damaged or lost during shipment, it is your responsibility to inform the carrier. Please let us know if you need a replacement and we will expedite the order for you.
All shortages and damages must be reported to AAxis Distributors within 5 business days
Please Note: You will be given the option to insure your order when you make shipping arrangements.
AAXIS DISTRIBUTORS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING
PARTIAL DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY OF AN ORDER
If you do not receive all or part* of your order, the following conditions must be met before we issue a credit or refund:
- Notify aaxisdistributors.com of the non-delivery within 10 days of the ‘Ship Date’
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Provide proof that you have submitted a report to the Shipping Carrier
*Be aware that in some instances, products ordered together may not arrive in the same package or on the same day.

How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Your purchase will be processed in the order it was received. Once payment has been approved, your merchandise will be shipped out as soon as possible – usually within 24 and 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, or immediately prior to a Holiday will be processed starting the next regular business day.
What should I do if I did not receive my order?
We will normally ship your order within 24-48 hours. It is our usual practice to notify you by email should circumstances on our part dictate a delay beyond five business days. Please keep in mind that factors such as holidays and the weather often affect the delivery date.
If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame … First, contact the shipping carrier to confirm the delivery time/date or file a report for non-delivery … Second, give us a call and we will start the process of getting a replacement product to you as soon as possible.
How do I become eligible for Free Shipping?
Any customer who places an order of $300 or more is eligible to receive Free Shipping. When you check out, your ‘Total Due’ will automatically be amended to reflect the change to your shipping charges.
This offer is limited to orders shipped ‘Regular Ground’ within the continental US – it does not apply to ‘Next Day’ or ‘Second Day Air’ nor does it include shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
